Role: Developing new business for retail segment.

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Responsible to drive high level Branch sales for retail segments
  • Making Company/Product Presentations
  • Giving support to sales team and conducting training program.
  • Conducting trials and applications of waterproofing system
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Assist marketing group in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Expand dealer/ Distributors network on strategic locations
  • Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, expert in all kind of sales report i.e Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
  • Will have to keep track of the stocked inventory / Stock point management
  • Handle the territory of Delhi
  • Will have to keep an eye on upcoming projects in the area assigned
  • To achieve the set sales and collection targets

Role: Developing new business for retail segment.

Objective:A sale officer for waterproofing typically focuses on promoting and selling waterproofing
products or services to potential clients.

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Identify potential clients and industries that require waterproofing solutions.
  • Research and gather information about client’s needs, and gather information
    about client needs, projects, and decision -makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, architects, contractors and
    other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information a
    specification.
  • Experience in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related
    segments (similar target customer).
  • Responsible for handling channel sales in the Assigned Territory.
  • Managing Channel Sales & Dealer, Project Sales.
  • Presentation to, specifiers, Distributor, Retailer.
  • Analytical skills for business development.

Department: Civil Engineer

Age: 25+

Location:  Mumbai

dynamic team.

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Prepare and send detailed billing statements and invoices for projects, following
    contract terms and company policies.
  • Review and analyse project contracts, making sure accurate billing and cost
    management.
  • Handle any billing and contract issues with clients and subcontractors.
  • Keep records of all project billing activities, like invoices, receipts, and documents.
  • Make and present regular cost reports and financial summaries to management
    and stakeholders.
  • Work with project managers, engineers, and other team members to align project
    scope, budget, and billing.
  • Help resolve billing-related disputes and claims.
  • Follow industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all billing and cost
    management activities.
  • Regularly audit billing practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Department: Marketing Intern

Location:  Mumbai

Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns via Email, Whatsapp, LinkedIn and Social Media, conduct market research, and help maintain our Website and other marketing collateral.

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns across various channels (social
    media, email, events, whatsapp)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Help create and curate engaging content such as blog posts, linkedin posts and
    videos to impart knowledge to our clients, vendors and employees.
  • Assist in the management of social media and website, including content
    scheduling and analytics reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Analyse campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
